DJI P2 and Zenmuse H4-3D Issue -

Hi,
I just upgraded my P2 with lever remote to a H4-3D from a H3-2D and I am having issues with my gimbal control.

Whenever I move the X1 lever, the gimbal just goes completely up or down, instead of partially based on how far I move the lever. I tried calibrating it and adjusting settings using every software thats available, but I am having no luck with fixing this issue. The only thing I am able to adjust is the tilt control gain.

Other Issues:
In the PT2 software, the gimbal comes up as a H3-3D.
The gimbal does not appear in the Zenmuse assistance software.

I have also contacted customer service and they were unable to help me at the moment.
Also, I am using windows and a mac.

Hopefully one of you guys have a solution.

When you change equipment as you have done X1 as to be calibrated in both the RC and P2 software. There are also gimbal settings in the P2 software in the advance tab.

Yea. I calibrated it in both programs and played with the settings in Advanced>Gimbal

I have a similar issue or let say half of yours I managed to adjust the control by first calibrating X1 with RC then again with Assistant.

Basic>RC (X1 calibration) not Advanced>Gimbal

Then I changed the tilt angles from -ve to +ve values. It worked.

But as you say, my gimbal also appears as H3-3D and Zenmuse assistant software seems like it cannot deteck my gimbal at all.

Strange...
