Yep, it was announced that you NOW can install Litchi on your CrystalSky device. Apparently, this happens through Amazon App Store, and not Google Play - I have no information about the Apple side.

The real reason I'm posting is to ask the almost obvious question: Will DJI support "incidents" that occur while flying "third party apps". Long-timers here and on the Ispire forums will get the gist of the question methinks.e

I've posted before this would be a great acquisition (DJI acquiring VTech) for corporate, but with the track record of DJI support, the consumer would be ummmm ... (acrostic:) DEKUCF

View details here.

Can-O-Worms maybe?

A) CrystalSky is an Android device so it wouldn't need Apple Store access.

B) DJI has covered events that have happened with 3rd party aps so long as the ap provides the right and enough of a flight log. If the log created by the ap doesn't support a way to determine positive fault (operator or mechanical failure) then DJI will most likely deny any warranty claims. Can't really blame them in that regard.
