Diagnostics after a crash??

Does anybody know if you can run any type of diagnostics to ensure systems are running as expected... after a crash, for instance?

I read something like this on a forum a while back... but forgot the details... and I didn't see anything specifically called 'test' or 'diagnostics' in the software application.

IMU calibration(basic and advanced), Tx controls calibration and also checking the IOC and flight mode functions.
Thats all AFAIK.

Is there a how to step by step? Being a newbie, i dont know where to go for needed appplications. Ie IMU
