After several successful flights I took off and after one minute the Phantom 4 Pro went crashing down. My neighbor standing beside me said the controller said humming bird. I didn't hear it because I was concentrating on looking at the drone. I saw something white come off the drone which turned out to be a propeller. Can the controller announce a bird is in the flight path of the drone?

Movidius and real sense tech is pretty good but I don't think it's up to object to voice description yet.
The cause is seemingly a lost prop. The question is why. Is the prop hub damaged? How does the mount look?
