Corrupted video file

Just had a great flight and had video running the whole 10 minutes or so.

I turned off the Phantom before stopping the video (oops).

My Mac won't read the file now. Any way to recover it?

Try putting it back in the phantom to allow it to close the file.

ADDING to that...put the disc in the phantom...turm on phantom...launch DJI app...turn on video...let tit roll a few seconds...turn it off...close app...shirt down bird...eject disc

If that does not work, download a recovery program on line, they are free, put your SD card in your computer and recover all the files on the card.

Really all you have to do is insert the SD back into the camera, turn the Phantom on for a few seconds and remove the SD... Shut down the PHantom and... Done. I forget to turn off the frickin' camera almost every time, so I do this pretty often... :shock:

I found this site to be very helpful, and recovered several files despite having transferred them from the bird to my pc prior to realizing I had not stopped recording before shutdown.
