connect remote to laptop

Trying to download new firmware to my phantom and im having a problem , when I connect to my remote it isnt being recognized , ive tried 2 laptops and 2 cables !!

You need to download and install the RC assistant / PT2 3.2 assistant and the DJI driver installer before you try and connect.
Versions are available from the DJI website for PC and MAC.
