Channel 2,4 ghz , 5 Ghz

I have a phantom 3 SE in France and since the firmware 1.5.40, the distance is very small, less than 300 meters.
My tablet is a samsung tab S2.

I can not change the frequency to 2.4 Ghz. It automatically goes into 5 ghz.

Do you have a solution ?

On iOS I can perfectly switch to 2.4 ghz. My android phone doesn't have 5 ghz wifi in order to test that out too. You do need an iOS/Android device which supports 5ghz though.

Edit: The range seems way better on 2.4ghz CE mode than on 5ghz.

Can you tell us what is the difference exactly?
