Change adjust set RHT return to home battery percent value

The battery return to home percentage is at 20%. Is there anyway to change this to increase it to a higher percentage? The same for the failsafe, it is set at 15% and I would like to increase its value as well. Any tips?

If I was significantly clever at such things I would try to hack it. Any ideas why DJI would set it so low?
