My RC on phantom 4Pro will not connect to my iOS devices.

The last time I flew my P4P I had no issues, however today it will not connect to the device. The RC is talking to the P4P. I can start motors, turn off motors, operate gimbal, thus all functions except connect to the device. I have tried two cables and both work fine on my P3P. I literally retuned the P4P to its case after my last flight, so what changed?

I have the latest Go 4 app and it's worth noting that it will not connect to Litchi either.

I also logged out/in to DJI, although I didn't see any possible resolution in doing so.

Appreciate any thought on cause of problem.

Thanks,

Traveler

First thing to try is deleting the DJI Go app and then re-installing. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply.
I completed that twice and no luck.

I think the problem will likely be with the RC because Litchi does not connect and neither does DJI ground station.

Problem solved, case closed.
What was the fix?
That's a good question and I can assure you, I'm not certain.

I was not able to connect to my iPad or iPhone, so focusing only on the iPad I:
Updated the app, no fix.
Removed and reinstall the app, no fix.
Closed all apps, Hard booted the iPad, no fix.
Changed cables, no fix.
Changed USB module on RC, no fix.
Re linked RC to AC, no fix

Last attempt was to close all apps, shut down Bluetooth on iPad, and again hard boot the iPad, ding ding ding, success, .and. without doing any change to the iPhone, it now works too.

Something must have been very hung somewhere, .or. It's just another case of PFM.

HAPPY NOW!
