Cant connect Rc to drone

Hi lads,
I recently crashed my drone into a tree and it fell down pretty hard.
The drone itself is fine but the rc and the drone were suddenly disconnected.
I tried several things like pairing the two but it didn't seem to work.
does anyone have any suggestions??

The Gimball also completely fell of, does that mean if I reconnect it to the drone again that it should connect?
