Can't connect DJI repaired AC to App or IOS

sent my AC away after I crashed it.
On its return My DJI GO app doesn't recognise a connected AC.

The RC has a solid red LED light.

The repair may have changed the AC seriel number.

Can't find Info on where to find the old AC seriel number. Or how to connect with these issues
