Can I downgrade from 3.08 to 1.08?

I used to like my Phantom 2 it was fairly nice and never had an issue with it. I use it primarily for a camera ship. I made the huge mistake of upgrading a while back and now it flies like poop. Its on 3.08 and the flight angle reall sucks its unresponsive. There are times I can be desending and moving the cyclic and it ignores the command.
I have to give it a sec before it will respond to commands again. Its horrible.

I have found the 1.08 assitant but I dont have any option downgrade. Is it still possible to downgrade?

Isn't the latest firmware 3.14, that might fix the issues ? As for down grading the FW that won't happen as DJI only store the latest version on the upgrade server

Do a cold IMU and then find gain settings and reset to default. Also, have you added weight to your phatom??
