Broken drone .... do I have a case?

DJI's biggest problem is the huge number of people that love to get online and say that they've heard that DJI support is bad.


I may be wrong, but you can set up a simple poll with two options: 1) Happy with DJI support, 2) Not happy. This feedback may even help DJI to improve their costumer service.
 
For what it's worth, when you turn on the "follow me" function you get a number of disclaimers that come up, most of which say "if you crash your drone it's your fault...." or something to that effect.

I agree .
Just where else are you going to hear about DJI customer support , then the internet , on a Drone Forum .
A Newspaper, Sports magazine, what ?
