I've got a mail from DJI:

After testing and diagnosing your product, DJI will provid you with the free repair service. The repair is expected to be finished in 2 to 3 working days, then the product will be sent back to you.

the main control board ok, but what is a " 2312a negative long thread motor (ccw)" ??

the main control board ok, but what is a " 2312a negative long thread motor (ccw)" ??

Negative = Reversed threads, CCW = Counter Clock Wise Motor.
That was easy, or I don't have a clue!
