Brandnew Phantom 3 adv. is dead

Hello,
I have received totay the Phantpm 3 advanced, I did all updates with success and did also a couple of flights without any problems. Atfter landing of the last flight the phantom turns off. I thougth it is fact of the low battery charge about 20% but when I tryed to start up the phantom with a fully charged battery, no reponse of the phantom , no leds or beeping, he w'ont turn on ...

I did so without any response from the copter, it won't turn on.

The gimbal clamp is mounted car I knew it won't start up.

Do you mean it won't start up with the gimbal mount attached?

I think your holding the button down too long on the second press should be 2 seconds not 3 or 4

No, it won't start without the gimbal clamp and I never start before the P3 with the clamp.
In this video the clamp is mouted, car I knew the P3 is already dead.

believe me I tried to start the P3 with 2 sec on the second press with any succes and i did some fligths before it dies.

Yes, my both batterys stay on.
I'am waiting for the shipment label to send the P3A to DJI . I will report...

Hi there

I've got news from DJI, one esc was burned

Fortunately it has happened on the ground and not in the air.
It is strange an esc burned after the first few flights, newer happened with my other copters.
