Same experience as yours, but ordered my phantom bundle a couple of weeks before you. I messaged them a couple of times, and both time they apologied. Finally the 2nd battery arrived at the beginning of this week. Not too bad after all, considering the amount of aircrafts they are shipping...

Yes you can.

EDIT: Something like less than 1% of stuff that comes in from overseas via airplane or cargo ship is checked by customs.

Same here. My P3P shipped from DJI China with DHL to Canada in 4 days. We rarely get stuff from the US in that amount of time. Heck, we can barely stuff across Canada in that amount of time. haha

That said, the Phantom shipped on May 30th and I still don't have my bundled battery. Yet.

Well, Advexure must have gotten a shipment of Batteries as I just received a tracking email for my other 2, which will give me 4, enough for me. Should be here by mid-week.
