Battery problem after fw v1.10.90 update

Hi!
I upgraded my p3 professional to fw v1.10.90.

It started that I charged the battery and the remote control.
I upgrade the p3 professional, but it became a problem. After a while the upgrade stopped, the led became red, and a constant sound. After that I could not turn off the p3 with the button on the battery. I just removed the battery. The leds does not show anything, and I can not charge the battery. When I put the battery back the p3 starts up.
I have fw in remote control (ver 1.8.0), fw in p3 (ver 1.10.90) and DJI GO app (ver 3.1.3).
I have tried with an other battery, and its no problem. It seems that its a problem with the battery I used when I upgareded the fw in p3.

Have anyone a suggestion what to do? Is it possible do downgrade the fw?

I think what happened is when you couldn't shut the Aircraft down with the button it was stuck in limbo trying to update the battery and by taking the battery out without the proper shut down you corrupted the battery.

Try and contact DJI and tell them your battery will not charge or update and maybe keep your fingers crossed they will replace it

And once you upgrade there is no way to downgrade from what I was told.

I have sent a e-mail to DJI.

Tried to upgrade again, now the battery works, but no picture in tablet instead...

Now everything works. I just need to fly the P3 and see if it is ok.
