Battery’s won’t fit. .

My controller for my 2 year old Phantom 3 says I have charged 72 times. All of a sudden the battery’s won’t fit to the point where the little locks will click securely. Never crashed and I don’t believe the battery’s ever got hotter than normal.

Sounds like you have swelling going on. When this happens they can become volatile. Do not use swollen LiPo batteries.
