"UPTO", meaning there is no way in hell you'll get more than 4 times, and good luck trying to get 4 times the rating. But the words "upto" don't guarantee a range 4 times the dji rating. They will try and argue that

I get better range with stock antenna on my p3s

Funny enough, I got from 3 to more than 4 times the distance on the Argtek at my location which was a suburban/slighy urban park.
