there are lots of youtube videos of people testing lots of props including the 3 bladed ones. None got as good as the OEM.

I just watch lost of test, they seem more stable but because the 20oz more per rotor battery efficiency gets lower

More blades = less efficient.

More blades = harder to balance

More baldes = more mass = more inertia- reduces control system (motor) response time.

3-blades only look cool when not spinning.

Hey, I have some of those on my weed eater..... Cuts weeds down just fine.

I had stabilising issues as the phantom would drop altitude and wobble on certain movements. You need to mess with the gain settings but you end up with jello.

They are cheaper to run in the long term as the each prop is cheap and they fold on obstructions.
They are great for ATTI launches, basically you are in the air in seconds.
They weigh more and reduces flight time.
You need regularly check the torque settings on each screw, as they tighten on warm days and shrink on cold.
They look great..
I wouldn't recommend them though... more cons then pros.
