4K monitor for Adobe Premiere 19 or Davinci Resolve 15

Hello, I am new to video editing. I am currently getting a PC priced out to run on of the 2 mentioned programs. My question is should I get 4K monitors? Or can I get 1 4K for playback and a 1080 for editing? I am planning on getting at least 27" monitors. As I said I am new to editing software and want to make sure I get what I need right away rather than upgrading shortly after. Maybe I should add I will be using the Phantom 4 Pro V2. I appreciate any help!

I use the same monitor for both and it works great. I don't own a 4K monitor, but I edit 4K videos on my 1080P monitor. I just never get to see the real 4K video.
