Just tested it and you can now down grade back to 3.8 firmware, just connect to the assistant software and it will show 3.8 as the new firmware.

i've got the 3.10 installed (& didn't have an issue tbh), but it will now go back to 3.8 if i reconnect to assistant will it?
only if you choose to, its not mandatory, however as 3.10 has been buggy (hence DJi withdrawing it) I would recommend going back.
