Gl300b

I have a gl300b that just steadily beeps and wont connect to wifi or the drone which is a phantom 3 pro please advise on how i can update the firmware without the drone conneted as ive read alot that this is a firmware issue with the controller and needs an update what version of dji assistant do i need to use to do so

Remote beeping means sticks need to be calibrated which is done in the app, so you need the screen but not connected to drone. Follow the on-screen instructions under remote control. It should then work normally. Don't update firmware unless absolutely necessary.
PS: sometimes moving each sticks in all directions will temporarily stop the beeping until calibration is done.

Thanks ill try that butnif i recall the screen stays blank or not on
