Zenmuse H3-3d problem sideways

I just bought me DJI PHantom 2 with zenmuse d3-3d and im using my GoPro4 Black.
Sometimes when i fly the gimbal moves sideways even if im just flying straight up.
I dont know if its because windy condition or if there some problem with it.
I have posted a video so everybody can see my problem-

Does anyone have any tips?

Are there any visible marks on the outside of the gimbal? If you bought it second hand I would go over it with a magnifying glass to see it has suffered a knock, and experienced a mechanical flaw. If you bought it brand new then you should know the history of the gimbal, and whether it has had a heavy landing on hard ground. The other areas of concerned would be water, has it been dunged in water? Been flown in the rain? Or left outside in the rain? Or left outdoors overnight in the freezing cold. Any of the above could have an affect on the electronics. If you can determine whether it is a mechanical flaw or a electronic fault, that would take you one step forward in resolving the problem issue.

is there something that can be fixed? i bought it brand new and havent had any specific crashes or something.
