Within 1 mile of Philadelphia International?

Will I be able to take off in GPS mode? My company is a mile from PHL. We have a large solar array I would like to fly over and record

Also, I upgraded to an older version, but I can not. I do not know if it is right to go back to v. 1.8, v. 2 but I also feel like a back, but this is no longer possible.
