Why Doesn't DJI Listen For and Avoid ADS–B?

I was just reading about ADS–B and wondering how difficult it would be for DJI drones to listen for signals where it is flying and make sure it isn't in the way.

you wont be able to buy them for 1259.00 anymore-- everything added has a price.

I see no need for this capability in drones if we stay below 400' like we're supposed to and at least a couple miles away from airports. Only large aircraft will have this position broadcast capability and they'll be too high to be a threat. I doubt you'll see it anytime soon.
