Where to send a P3A for repair if it's worth repairing?

Where would you suggest sending a P3A for repair, if it's worth repairing at all? The camera has broken off the arm and two of the propellers have broken. One of the arms seems ok but another looks bent and the half of the blade that remains hits the arm when it's rotated.
