What are these extra bits I've got?

Hi all,

When I bought my drone the guy I bought it off gave me these extra bits. Excuse picture quality can upload a clearer one if needs be.

This is what the inside currently looks like

Can anyone tell me what those extra parts are?

And are they better than what I've already got?

Excuse my ignorance then but I guess thats better than what I currently have and is worth taking the time to get it fitted?
