Was there an update for the camera pointing straight down then flipping up?

I read some where the latest update fixed this, not. Am I the only one having the issue of when the camera is pointing straight down, it will flip straight up? Very confusing when your trying to land.

I have this issue too and I'm on the latest firmware. It hasn't been fixed yet.
