Wanted: Photo editor with after production editing

I want to re-edit my videos.
I have corel studio x6 pro.
What I want to do is to take a video that has been published and edit that version.
Such as eliminating all sound and titles.
As it is now, when I import a video, this is not possible.
As the sound and titles are not split into the appropriate tracks.
Any one have such an animal out there?

You can't de construct a video in to different tracks unless you have the original. The act of publishing the video in a container format such as mp3 or mkv strips all of the track identification out and renders it as you see it.
