So -- How about this for an easy PV+ beater...

1/. Get a P2, with 3D gimbal and camera of your choice, which has wifi (Gopro, A5000....).

2/. Swap out the rc receiver in the P2 for a PV 5.8GHz unit, hooked to gimbal to use the usual pitch mod.

3/. Add a wifi repeater to the P2 to bridge to a high power repeater back at the PV transmitter end (could even use the existing PV one).

Bingo -- You have a PV++ , with full wifi control of your camera....

Well, it works for me... The trouble with all the P2 setups I've seen discussed it the lack of P2V style full camera control...

So, all I need is a spare PV tx and rx... Anyone got a crashed PV they want to sell as parts?
