Video Downloading

I recently purchased a Phantom Vision 2 +..
I am still learning the system. I am familiar with downloading photo, however downloading video, I keep having issues.
When I try to download the videos from the SD card, I keep getting an error message on my I-phone something like "Error Download - VID000***"
Has anyone have this happen to them? Is there a better way to down load the videos

Get yourself a micro sd adapter. Dont try transfer by wifi, it takes far too long.

Also make sure you stop the video recording through the app before turning off the phantom battery or you'll corrupt the video files.

Ok, thanks for the help hopefully this works, the only way to view the video is through the DJI Vision app on the phone
Also, when watching the video through the DJI Vision app, did you ever experience the video not being as smooth, I feel that my video freeze and play
