Using both at times android and iOS

I ran into a strange problem and need some advice or clarification, I generally use my iPad mini when flying, well I wanted to try my android Samsung to see how it would handle, I started the DJI go app selected p4 and was asked to sing into my account which I did and got back account not found please register??? Is this normal when using both iOS and android?

I also use iOS and Android... and I have never seen that behavior. Yes, when signing it for the first time, it asks for me to log in. But my account works across platforms (and the web site). Are you sure you're connected to wifi or cellular?

same here chazzm. Same as Ed...by the way I have 2 accounts. Both work fine across. Maybe try a password reset and repeat login process in both devices.

That's what I had thought, I Probably should triple check my phone or the app,,, it did just update day before yesterday, could be a glitch. It just didn't make sense, and yeah I better double check my login, as well......
