Has anyone had there upgrade board go dead on them? I powered mine up once and it seemed to work fine then I took it apart to add some FPV gear and now I am getting no power to the x3 plug coming off the board to power the naza.When I plugged it in the escs kept coninuosly beeping so I took it back apart and started troubleshoting and when I checked with my volt meter there was no power coming from this port which meant my Naza wasnt getting any power.Any Ideas?

Did you check voltage directly where the ESCs are soldered on the main board? If you don't get full battery voltage here, then something is wonky with your main battery solder connection, because the power to the ESCs is a direct connection; it doesn't go through any electronics on the board at all.
If you are getting full 12.5V (with a fresh battery) at all 4 ESC solder pads, but nothing on X3, then indeed something on your board is likely fried.
