unbalanced after crash

after a low flight collision and a drop of maybe 10 feet my phantom continually flies backwards after takeoff, i have recalibrated the compass and not sure what else this might be?

Are all of the propellers in proper shape? I had one of mine bent after a crash and it was causing similar issues until I swapped it for a new one.
