Thank you all for figuring all of this out.
I updated to 3.4 assistant with the 3.08 firmware, did not update to the 1.06 gimbal and the new lever works with my vision plus.
As some have said it will take some getting use to but it is better than just using the tablet.
I may have to change the knob on the lever to be more comfortable, but that is a minor thing.
