Moto g4+ with android 7.0, no joy...

How does one "reset" the wifi password?

Thanks! You da man! Didn't work but you still da man! ;)

your problem brother has me completely stumped. I do have one more thing to try though if your ok with removing the back of your RC take it off disconnect the battery let it sit for ten min to insure all the capacitors drain and no power is left in the device then re-plug the battery and reassemble try to connect up then

I'm sorry about your issue and I don't want to make light of it, but your post made me laugh. :)
LOL...That was the point.

on another note, I finally got it to connect. Had to do the reset 3 more times and the last time I let it blink for 30 seconds. After that, everything connected! Thanks for all the support, gentlemen!:cool::cool:

New complaint...Now the app connects but I get no video. No crash, hell, i've barely flown it since the last issue got remedied.

Ideas???? Getting ready to put this thing on the market. Essentially, it is a brand new drone with new shell, new motors, new mobo, new antennas, new gps, yadda, yadda, yadda...only the camera & gimbal & remote is 'old' ;)

I sometimes would power up to a grey or black screen no camera view is that the issue you have or you have camera view, but it wont start video for you?
if your getting the grey or black screen try unplugging your gimbal and re-plugging it back in. I put a produce called Nyogel on the connection to help make that connection better and also to thwart any corrosion from different metals in contact with each other. let me explain this, most times the male pins on electronics are mild steel sometimes tin coated sometimes nickel sometimes not at all, the female pins are usually aluminum. when you have to different metals in contact with other they can cause each other to oxidize and break the electrical connection till its fixed. NYOGEL takes care of that issue because its conductive and acts as a barrier between the metals to prevent the oxidation. NYOGEL is expensive and not always easy to find so a good substitute is dielectric grease, that you can found at any auto parts store for just a buck or two. The application should be to put a dab on your fingertip and smush it into the female pins, then wipe off the excess, push the connector onto the male pins a couple times to distribute it and then plug it in for good.
