Thumbs or Thumbs and Forefingers?

when you fly your drone weather it be a dji or some other brand.
how do you hold your sticks on the controller?
do you use each thumb to move each stick.?
or do you use your thumb and forefinger to hold and operate each stick?

Thumbs . index fingers stays on the scroll wheels.

I fly with my thumbs only. I find the sticks are most comfortable to control when using PhantomKnobs.

Thumbs only especially with DJI controllers with extra buttons, wheels, and doo hickeys all over the place.

With a GPS enabled quad like a Phantom I use thumbs only, but with my acro/race quads I find I am having to learn the pinch method because I just can't get the control I need with just my thumbs.
