Thoughts on this vendor/price?

I'm very close to buying a P3A, and want to make sure I'm getting the best price, as well as buying from an authorized DJI vendor (I'm aware of the new warranty policy). Per recommendation from this site, I use the link that shows authorized vendors/prices on Amazon. Currently, the best price for a P3A (from an authorized DJI) vendor is $699. I've attached a link from this price/package below. What are your thoughts on this? I want to make sure the unit is brand new, not a return, and not refurbished. Have any of you purchased from Sure RC? Thoughts would be very helpful.

That's a brand new P3A. It looks like the best available deal at the moment.
