My camera definitely had the "soft left side of photo" problem. I'm pretty nit-picky, but my girlfriend isn't and she noticed it right away. I purchased my P2V directly from DJI (now I'm sort of wishing I'd gone through a dealer or Amazon). All the emails I've sent to DJI via their website have been ignored. But I called the phone number for North America support and got someone on the phone from their Los Angeles office. He had me ship the P2V there for repair. It sounded like they were going to replace the camera. I should be getting it back in about a week, and hopefully I'll be taking sharper photos soon.
