Tarot 2d software & driver

I have the software installed for the Tarot 2d (v1.4, win7), but I have been unable to install the driver. I can bring up the config screen, but the USB from the Tarot board to the computer doesn't connect. Attached is the error message when I try to install the driver. Any thoughts?

So why use an Windows XP driver?

That makes sense!... (I am a Mac user, just bought PC for this purpose & haven't got the terms down yet.) Any idea how to get the proper driver?
