Switching off

First day with my P3 standard.but cannot switch off the drone except by removing the battery. I only got it on by seeing tutorial showing double push. Help

I have just tried and yes double push works to switch off when it is out of the drone.

Yes. It should work the same way it does when out of your drone.

Yes, but I am pleased to say I am now able to switch on and off without any problems.
I guess I was probably being inept.
