Battery not charging (red & green blinking)

Hello

When I plugged the battery for charge, I have a strange not documented blinking pattern: for 3s the red is on and the green blinks 3 or 4 times, then all off for 3s, then back to first cycle and so on. I attached a link to a small video/gif, as it may be easier to understand (also because of my poor english level):

I tried a lot of different manipulations that I found on this forum (including the famous try related to hibernation) but without success so far.

It looks to me like a faulty battery . Try another battery to confirm this.
