I've been away from the Phantom for awhile now (have a P3A and Mavic Pro). Recently I was considering getting a P4P, but the more research I did, the more concerned (and confused) I became. The P4P had only been on the market a short while when I stopped flying my P3, and I really didn't follow the story of the series as I had in the past. So during my reading, I find we have not only the P4P in various flavors, but there is also a Pro+ and a Pro v2.0.
I have read conflicting information on the web regarding the P4P - it's discontinued, it's not discontinued, only some models are discontinued, etc. The 2.0 version seems to be what is being sold directly by DJI on their site, but it is out of stock. If I look at this model on some other sites that I have bought from in the past (B&H, Adorama), I'm told it's discontinued. However, I can buy the non 2.0 version there.
Can anyone tell me what the actual status of the P4P is, in regards to both availability and support?
