Square Foot Measurment Software

I own an insurance agency and often have to measure out buildings to calculate their square footage. I would like to use my P4 to do this as odd shaped buildings are hard to calculate. Has anyone used software that would allow me to take a picture from the air and figure out the square footage of the building??
