Solar Storm - watch for GPS Outages/Anomalies

There is no evidence that solar storms have any affect on Phantoms.

That is correct, however, there is some evidence that solar storms can affect GPS satellite constellations and the like, hence the "Check for GPS outages/anomalies" part of the headline.

Just want to make sure folks are aware. And the threat of this should be over by this evening anyways

That's just the sort of thing Daily Mail editors like, predictions of impending doom but it's a long way from reality.
At most your GPS may be a couple of feet out but you won't even notice it because it will be within the variable accuracy of GPS anyway.

These storms do effect our internet,GPS and cellphones which we have connected to our craft.

NASA says that GPS accuracy can be effected by "many yards". Many yards is a bit vague but it is something to consider.
