Slow moving forward, Descent, Yaw, and VRS crash.

Fell into VRS and finally crashed. As some other threads mention, VRS usually goes after a sharp descent and "yaw". It is also true for my crash video.
If that is the case, does it imply that spiral descent is not a good idea as far as VRS is concern ?

That's just crazy. It's looks as though it hardly yawed at all.
What was your decent speed it's hard to tell?
The prop guards must have been a major contributor.

Don't quite clear the exact m/s descent rate, but it's definitely not sharp.

My guess is that a sudden yaw (rotation) in a descent and slow approaching process may reduce the momentum of moving forward, while the momentum is essential in escaping downwash current that may furtherly induce VRS.
