Simulator mode

I just purchased a phantom 4 and was using the simulator mode. Now I am ready to fly but the copter is locked in simulator mode when I go to the Lets Fly screen. Help anyone? not much support from DJI.

yes, tried restarting all devices and app over several hours.

Overall status says "Flight simulator running. Restart Aircraft."

What exactly do you see when you start DJI GO?

Every time I use the simulator , I have to restart my drone and my controller. To get it out

When I restart the drone, the controller and the app, the screen stays in simulator mode.

Try reinstalling DJI GO.
