Should I have bought the Mavic?

So a few days ago I purchased a Phantom 3 Pro which I really love definitely over my Standard. The range is amazing where in my neighborhood I can reach around 11-12k ft in a straight line with no issues. I'm just trying to decide if for an extra $200 I should have bought the Mavic for the ease of portability, cheaper batteries, longer flight time, similar camera experience, and similar distance.

Interested in hearing everyone's thoughts on this and all info is greatly appreciated. I didn't get a drone to take professional videos but more to have fun while still getting good shots. I was actually plenty happy with the camera on the Standard.

Ive read in some reviews the Mavic camera doesn't have the same optic quality.
In addition the smaller size, I would imagine makes it more susceptible to wind.
