Samsung galaxy tab pro incompatible?

It loads to the Tab 3 but that won't give video. Just got the Tab pro 8.4 refurb via ebay and it works good other than it won't load the app

What happens when you try to load the app?

I get a message that this device is incompatible. Shows my phone and the Tab 3

It taking it sweet time downloading. Got my summons for jury duty filled out though. Have to start dinner so will see what happens tonight.

I have the Tab Pro too, and had the issues. Downloaded the app from the dji site, and it works!
